Any defects in workmanship and materials which are judged to be attributable to the company will be entitled for free repair service at the store or our Customer Service Center from the date of purchase within the warranty period.

You are required to present the Product Warranty when you refer repair service to us.

 

Contact our Customer Service Center if you have any questions concerning compensation for damages or any other inquires.

 

 

 

A/S Clauses

  • A product defect warranted under these Clauses refers to repair work that is required due to a fundamental defect in the workmanship or materials of a product that has occurred resulting from and in connection with the design, parts, and/or production.

  • The same defect that occurs following a repair service shall have a warranty period of 6 months.

  • The notice for the eligibility for compensation and the detail of the decision shall be made within 7 days of receipt of such claim, and the compensation for damages, if any, shall be effected within 14 days of the date of notification.

  • For retention of important parts, the parts for the body and guns shall be available for 2 years and other accessories shall be available for 1 year.

  • In the event any of the following events is met, the Consumer Damage Compensation Regulation does not apply to this product: when the product is purchased at a used one; when the product is repaired by a shop other than is designated by us; when the product uses parts that are not authorized by us; when the product has developed the defect as a result of an illegal modification or alteration.

  • The repair will be charged at cost in case the product is brought in without the warranty, or the warranty has missed any of the required entries or has been forged.
